4.The participants of the competition
4.1. Any amateur teams from all over the world that are registered and meet the requirements can participate by paying a fee.

5.Online competition conditions
5.1. Matches are played online, in accordance with the international rules of football and the specifics of the online game.

5.9. The participation of the same player for two teams in the same tournament is prohibited, except in cases of official transfer.
5.10. For the participation of a disqualified player or violation of the rules, the team can be punished, including a 0-4 defeat.
6.Judging and moderation
6.1. Refereeing is carried out by appointed moderators or a judge who is guided by the rules of the online game and the regulations.
